DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proven construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Executive managing multifamily, condominium and hospitality projects ranging from $25M to $200M.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for comprehensive organization and planning of project aspects with full ownership of tasks and components.
- Thorough understanding of owner/contractor agreements and their implications.
- Skilled in reviewing monthly reports ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Results-driven Project Executive with exceptional communication leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Established history of successfully completing projects and ensuring accountability.

- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary up to $250,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
