Position Summary:
As the Implementation Consultant for ABIS, Inc., you will oversee the successful implementation of the Adjutant Software, our proprietary ERP platform, into new client-partner’s operational environment, as well as direct current users on the optimal utilization of Adjutant. The successful candidate’s goal will be to deploy industry best practices to improve our client-partners’ business processes, eliminate redundancies and pain points across the organization. Success in the Implementation Consultant role will be vital in driving ABIS’ business growth by helping our client-partners reach their business goals and leading them in continuous improvement efforts, while simultaneously developing yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in the industries we serve.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building relationships within the associations and forums ABIS’s client-partners and prospects participate in. The position will work in a quick-paced, high growth environment and will prioritize building and cultivating relationships both internally and externally to drive growth and enabling the leadership team at ABIS to predict profitability from new client projects. This position will collaborate with the business development team, product development personnel and partnering closely with the management to reach these goals.
