Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Data Management Engineer to join their team on the Northwest side of the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for manipulating and migrating data from manufacturing environments that have controls and automation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers to understand needs
- Work in manufacturing automation, controls and MES space to derive data
- Create data flows and use-cases between operational technology and IT Management
- Provide centralized data management, reporting, interfaces to Automation and create data visualizations and dashboards
- Move data from different sources
- Electronic batch reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Data experience
- Experience in a manufacturing space with knowledge of controls and automation
- Strong customer service skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Working knowledge of Purdue Model Framework
- Exposure to network architecture and servers
- Data security knowledge
- Data Historian/PI experience
