We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager for a growing public accounting firm. This position is a 50-hour a week during the busy season and a 40-hour week job during non-busy season (everyone goes home at 5). Hybrid during non-busy season.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience preparing tax returns for businesses
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience reviewing tax returns prepared by staff
- Experience guiding, training, and teaching staff
- Excellent client communication
- Heavy compliance understanding and involvement
- Experience preparing small to medium size company tax returns
Base Pay up to $150K
