Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front end and backend components of our mobile/desktop application.
- Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance the user experience of our training platform.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms.
Requirements:
- Location: In office at San Francisco, CA (crucial for the nature of the startup)
- Proven experience in developing front end and backend components for web applications.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies including Node.js, Python.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with LLM workflows (RAGs, fine tuning)
- Experience with aviation-related technologies or simulation software.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
