The Gloo Factory is a community-minded full service union print shop. We have a need for someone with proven experience in large format printing, who can plug immediately into our production schedule.
Role Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of in shop experience
- Adobe Creative Suites proficiency required
- Must use and understand printing vocabulary
- Proficient with large format machines and systems
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Job Functions:
- Maintain daily production schedule
- Operate and maintain large format equipment
- Communicate effectively with other team members
- Manage incoming calls and emails accurately with clear and concise communication skills
- Create invoices, take payments, open and maintain customer accounts using QuickBooks
Pay Rate:
- $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and skill

Our shop is fast-paced and can require active, physical days moving between the stages of production and equipment. Our shop workers are members of the Communication Workers of America, Local 7026.
