SUMMARY
Responsible for implementing and maintaining HRMS and managing complex projects related to HRMS systems, HR technology, processes, records, data management, and data integrity. This role requires a continues improvement mindset rooted in best practices to plan and manage projects related to system implementations, new functionalities, process improvement, system updates and release management, incorporating best practices in HR systems and processes. Must possess expertise in ADP and UKG products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintains full ownership and accountability of the organization’s HRMS system and data integrity.
- Serves as a project manager, subject-matter expert, and the go-to person for all HRMS related issues.
- Serves as systems administrator for applications and HR systems.
- Develops, configures, implements, and maintains user-friendly, companywide HRMS processes including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and other related activities.
- Establishes clear and documented procedures, processes, and workflows for all HRMS operational activities, including preparation, transmission and retention of necessary payroll records, reports, and information.
- Provides relevant HRMS training throughout the organization.
- Partners with HR, Payroll, and IT to maintain and improve the HRMS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency.
- Implements process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes.
- Works closely with leadership to define and prioritize HRMS-related projects and to manage projects to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Takes the lead on identifying possible improvements to the HRMS system and processes and implementing necessary changes; ensures that the HRMS is continually meeting the needs of the organization.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience with ADP and UKG and implementing or maximizing the efficiency of HR systems and processes.
- Super-user capacity with ADP and UKG and demonstrable knowledge of enhancing efficacy of HRMS systems.

- Experience with implementing large-scale HRMS solutions and scaling systems and processes through growth.
- Current knowledge of HR regulatory compliance as relates to benefits, payroll, employee records, and personal information.
- Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, analyze data, and develop recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of business and workflow analysis with a focus upon continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from a four-year university.
