Job Summary: As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the Project Manager in executing Federal and local construction projects. This role involves coordinating activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the construction industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction projects, including planning, coordinating with teams, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates effectively.
- Support budget development and cost monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in quality inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Familiarity with federal construction requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
