Due to growth, they have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney with 5+ years practicing employment law.
In this role, you will have the chance to champion our clients and secure the most substantial resolutions and judgments attainable in cases related to employee misclassification, violations of overtime wage regulations, time manipulation, neglecting mandated rest and meal breaks, and other breaches of workers' rights.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top law school.
- 5+ years of wage and hour matters experience.
- Experience with PAGA representative action
- A stable professional background with minimal movement on your resume.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Can independently manage cases from inception to final approval or trial.
