Law firm seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney specializing in litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with a focus on representing clients in contentious family-related cases such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law litigation cases from initial filing through trial.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on family law matters.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
- Advocate for clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and relevant legal precedents.
