Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, summarize, and analyze data on a daily basis.
- Identify and communicate data-related issues and recommendations promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
- Continuously develop technical skills to support analytics capabilities.
- Mentor other process specialists.
- Create and sustain management processes for continuous improvement.
- Align with our customer-centric strategy.
- Develop and maintain savings estimate models and databases.
- Perform essential data analysis.
- Extract and summarize data from corporate systems.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, Macros, and Charts.
- Knowledge of financial statements and data retrieval programs.
- Intermediate knowledge in R or Python.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Business Objects, Essbase, Power BI, Power Automate, MDX, and other information retrieval tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Tools and Methodology.
- Understanding of store operations and statistical analysis.
