Job Title: Residential Property Management Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range: $31-$36 per hour
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with homeowner’s association standards.
- Communicate with vendors, negotiate services/equipment requirements, and submit proposals.
- Perform regular site visits to properties, monitor compliance issues, and identify any maintenance requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Board, including advising on policies and best practices.
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Manage property inventory
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise all property staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
