Nationally, this firm is recognized for its excellence in Financial Services Regulation and Banking & Finance, with 11 practice areas and 36 attorneys highly ranked in the Carolinas.
We are currently assisting this firm with their strategic growth plans, and have the following opportunities as hiring priorities:
THE ROLES
1. Commercial Aviation Finance Associate Attorney
- Responsibilities: Represent lenders and lessors in leasing, purchase and sale, and financing transactions, with an emphasis on both domestic and cross-border deals.
- Successful attorney must have 4 to 6+ years of experience in commercial aviation finance
2. Wealth, Trust & Estate Planning Associate Attorney
- Responsibilities: Draft wills, trusts, and related documents, with involvement in estate administration, partnerships, corporations, charitable planning, and sophisticated tax planning.
- Successful attorney must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Trusts and Estates
3. Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
- Responsibilities: Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures, focusing on structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions
- The successful attorney must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
