Position Summary:
The role involves supporting the business by managing data, coordinating projects, and conducting implementations for document management systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing projects, and ensuring smooth communication between business, technical teams, and application vendors. Executing system administration tasks and contributing to data management standardization and process improvement initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the business by providing reports/data extraction, data updates, and clean-up.
- Technical support and troubleshooting in addition to processing updates leading to developing solutions, scripts/web reports, or workflows to extend Document Management System functionalities.
- Closely work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Collect and document requirements for new projects or enhancements (change management) to existing processes in or outside the application (potential new processes to be added).
- Take on project management responsibilities, helping to plan and coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure they are delivered on time, and oversee cost expenses.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT and third parties).
- Design positive user experiences.
- Lead testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that the implemented solution meets the specified requirements.
- Act as System Administrator handling and coordinating access control and system support for users. Closely work with IT Application Responsible and Application vendors in case of incidents or similar.
- Provide support for applications as needed.
- Responsible for standardization of data management in DMS.
- Play a role in ongoing process improvement, helping organizations identify opportunities to optimize their operations and remain competitive.
Experience:
Required
- 3 years of Document Management/Enterprise Content Management Application including OpenText Content Server/xECM Business Analyst, Administrator, or equivalent.
Preferred
- More than 5 years of Document Management Applications including OpenText Enterprise Content Management/xECM. Minimum 2 years as OpenText Content Server/xECM & OpenText xENG application Business Analyst or Administrator.
Skills:
Required Advanced skills in:
Document Management Applications, preferably OpenText Content Server including webreports, and workflow diagrams. MS 365, Communication and Change Management.
Required Intermediate skills in Project Management. Basic knowledge in: Programming Languages like SQL, Python, or others.
Preferred Expert skills in Document Management Applications including OpenText Content Server including webreports, workflow diagrams, MS 365, Effective Communication, and Change Management.
Preferred Advanced skills in Project Management and Programming languages such as SQL, Python, or others. OpenText xENG skills are a plus.
