Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist. This candidate will analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system and as needed, as well as update collateral records in loan servicing system. This role is located in Columbus, OH.
Duties:
- Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents
- Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution
- Prepare customer communication
- Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded
Desired Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service related position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents
- Prior experience with Collateral and Title Work, consumer loans or dealership background is an example
