We're seeking a client coordinator for a healthcare company! Pay ranges from $20-22.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for clients and staff
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ensure client records are accurately maintained and updated in the system
Qualifications
- Experience in medical administrative support is required
- Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Spanish Speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software
