Responsibilities
As a Lead Source to Pay Senior Consultant (S2P), you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product configuration skills. Your knowledge to design, advice, configure systems and sell & manage programs, will help define ‘industry and product’ leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ eProcurement/ business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve.
- Lead Consultant should demonstrate deep S2P knowledge with deep hands-on consulting background around Procurement transformation in SAP S4HANA
- Acts as a Trusted Advisor, candidate should be able to consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
- Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into design documents
- Design and optimize procurement processes utilizing best practices within client industry
- Client facing role, mainly with senior client stakeholders – activities include interacting, communicating, presenting and aligning with executive sponsors, leadership and other decision makers at the client
- Internally, help grow the Procurement Transformation practice including elements such as, marketing strategy, partner development and maintenance, content development and planning, and proposal development

Qualifications – Critical Skills
- 12+ years of consulting experience in Source to Pay processes in SAP Products.
- Deep expertise in S/4HANA S2P configuration and implementation.
- Lead end-to-end process design and implementation in S/4HANA.
- Perform detailed configuration and customization of the S/4HANA P2P Track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of P2P processes with other SAP tracks like Upstream Planning and Warehousing and Inbound Logistics.
- Expertise in Contract Management in a Manufacturing Environment with Multi-Level BOMs and Outside Processing and Procurement
- Proven Expertise in Agile development methodologies to manage and deliver solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and project teams.
- Support data migration and validation activities related to S2P.
- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of S2P processes in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive innovation and process enhancements.
- Experience in Media Industry is a Plus
- Experience in Process and Data Mining is a definite value add
