Corporate Services Coordinator position, onsite in Warren, NJ. The position is a 6 month contract opportunity at $28/hr on w2. Please see below for job description.
Responsibilities:
- Access control management and documentation (access cards, building access requests and access terminations).
- Generating Attendance Reports from 2 systems and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Data analyzing to form proposals for security and safety standards.
- Assess physical security and safety risks.
- Plan and coordinate security operations, including corporate holiday party.engagements.
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Manage equipment troubleshooting, service calls and contracts.
- Organize Safety Drills and Trainings
- Coordinate AED training recertification, inspections and maintenance for US offices.
- Compile security equipment inventory for all global sites.
- Purchasing (supplies, equipment for US offices).
- Processing access cards to the building.
- Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security best practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Adequately allocate expenditures to correct business unit and cost centers when vouchering invoices.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a high paced environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Two years of advanced education from college, business, or vocational school is required. A Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Candidate must have effective communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage priorities, and a proactive approach to job responsibilities.
- Exceptional Excel skills; High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Word is required.
