Position Overview:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our department. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, mentoring staff, and managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Oversee the daily responsibilities of staff, providing mentorship in both technical skills and career development.
- Project Management: Lead projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring successful completion from concept through to construction.
- Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your engineering knowledge and expertise to solve complex structural challenges and ensure the highest quality of work.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple disciplines within the firm to ensure cohesive project delivery and effective communication.
- Schedule & Budget Management: Manage project schedules and budgets to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in an architecture/engineering (A/E) environment, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Expertise: Demonstrated engineering expertise and knowledge of related fields to provide comprehensive solutions.
