We have an immediate need for a Commercial Drywall Project Manager in our Drywall Division to be based out of our Easley, SC office.
As a Commercial Drywall Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial drywall projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of commercial drywall projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

What You Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial drywall project management.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, on-screen/OST)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
