- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors or partners as necessary, overseeing their performance and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
- Navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers, and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members using the change management process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, help to bring industry best practices, and guide decision making to meet the timeline and avoid scope creep.
- Identify risks proactively, develop resolution plans, and communicate in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time.
- Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)Around 10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing large global digital programs interfacing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
