We are partnered with a major real estate company looking to bring on a Salesforce QA Lead to their growing team!
This role will require 3-4 days a week onsite in the Miami area. *Only local candidates will be considered*
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Execute test cases manually and look to automate where necessary.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Salesforce applications.
- Maintain testing documentation including test cases, test scripts, and testing reports.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies related to QA testing.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing Salesforce applications.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform fundamentals, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce DX, or similar.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Developer are a plus.
