LITIGATION ATTORNEY - JUNIOR to MID-LEVEL - REMOTE
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Attorney to practice in California, with the option for fully remote work. The role involves handling pre-litigation and litigation cases related to real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights.
The attorney in this role will manage cases from start to finish, develop legal strategies, conduct discovery, and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Candidates must have strong written and oral advocacy skills and at least one year experience in civil litigation. California bar admission is required. While five years of litigation experience is preferred, entry-level candidates with a strong interest in real estate or mortgage law will be considered.
The role offers a competitive salary range between $92,000 and $130,000, plus a stong billable hour bonus. The firm offers a wide range of comprehensive benefits.
