JCW is currently working on behalf of a specialty insurance company that is looking to add a Product Management Lead. . In this role you will be hiring/training your own product team and establishing best practices and processes to ensure quality and efficiency across all product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, needs, and product opportunities
- Developing and communicating the product vision and strategy
- Managing product launch
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team
- Power BI and SQL experience required
