JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
CESA is looking for a Speech Pathologist to identify and provide services to students who have communication disorders in the areas of understanding and expressing language (relative to vocabulary, grammatical rule structures, and functional use of language) as well as the development of sounds, appropriate voice quality and fluency. The Speech Pathologist should understand school-based practices and help the school teams understand the link between language and curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree (M.A.) in Communicative Disorders from a school accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Speech Pathology License or the ability to obtain one.
Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) desired. CESA may provide Clinical Fellowship Year supervision for completion of CCC-SLP.
Current driver's license and the ability to reliably commute between schools.
