Summary
ARTC is partnered with an award winning Design-Build Construction Firm that is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee a variety of capital construction projects in the Life Sciences industry! The ideal candidate will have experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and a strong understanding of the construction management lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage & supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with GMP practices/regulations.
- Experienced managing capital construction projects, including retrofits, capital improvements, and fit outs.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Science, or related field is preferred, but not required if candidate has good experience.
