Position: Desktop Technician
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week on-site in Wellesley MA, also may go on-site to Woonsocket RI office once a month as needed
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: 6+ month contract-to-hire
Desktop Technician
Position Description:
The Desktop Technician will provide deskside support for internal employees, including imaging and building PCs. The role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
- 2-3 years of experience with Mac and Windows devices
- Ability to manage and support mobile devices
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and research
Desired Skills:
- AV experience
- Experience supporting executives/c-suite
- A+ certification
