We are searching for an experienced hotel General Manager to lead the team at our very busy full-service hotel is downtown Tuscaloosa, near the University of Alabama.
Full service restaurant, and 8 meeting rooms allow us to host events that keep us booked solid during football season. If you are passionate about the hospitality business let's talk!
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience as a GM or Senior leader in a full-service hotel
- Event and banquet experience hosting large groups
- Strong coaching and development skills with a proven track record of promoting others
- Ability to create budgets and manage finances
- Renovation or new opening experience.
- Hilton background is a plus
