Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator with experience in roads and bridges construction. You will estimate project costs and manage projects from start to finish.
Duties
- Create accurate cost estimates for roads and bridges projects.
- Use construction estimating software.
- Review subcontractor and vendor bids.
- Plan and manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
- Communicate updates to management and clients.
Experience
- Experience in project management and estimating for roads and bridges.
- Proficient in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
