Overall Responsibility: Support the Workday Financials system including accounting, budgeting, grants management, and procurement. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to troubleshoot, recommend, and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analyst and strategic consultant for Workday FIN processes.
- Conduct systems analysis and implement Workday FIN enhancements.
- Configure and manage Workday Financial modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Support system updates and releases.
- Manage FIN reporting, integrations, and data quality.
- Assist with user training and expand system knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in financial information systems.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience with Workday FIN, Adaptive, Jaggaer, and ECC.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday FIN modules.
