LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Marketing Web Developer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience on the D2C website and eCommerce site. This dynamic position involves hands-on work with a high-performing eCommerce team. You will be responsible for building, managing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize the user experience.
Position is Hybrid, Direct Hire/W2, and it is Full Time in San Francisco location. No RELOCATION SUPPORT provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-facing website features, adhering to UX best practices and business goals.
- Apply modern frontend development techniques, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Contribute to the eCommerce product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning them with company objectives.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives on the website, utilizing customer data to form hypotheses, conduct tests, analyze results, and iterate based on findings.
- Write A/B tests using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Identify and address user journey pain points with data-driven, strategic recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to prioritize and implement UX and customer journey improvements.
- Monitor and report on website KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Manage multiple projects from planning to execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledgeable in frontend frameworks/libraries such as React or Vue.js.
- At least 1 year of experience managing high-growth Shopify Plus storefronts, with effective collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- At least 1 year of experience working with A/B testing and personalization platforms like Dynamic Yield, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Content Square.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of user needs and a commitment to improving their digital experiences.
