With a proven track record of success, we pride ourselves on our strategic approach to identifying and acquiring high-potential industrial properties. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Analyst to join our acquisitions team in Atlanta.
As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our investment process, contributing to the identification, evaluation, and execution of industrial property acquisitions. Your analytical skills and market expertise will be essential in assessing potential opportunities and ensuring the success of our investment strategies.
*This is an in office position 5 days a week - office located in Buckhead area*
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential industrial property investment opportunities across the Southern region with a focus on both value-add and ground up development deals
- Analyze financial statements, lease agreements, and property performance data to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
- Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses to support acquisition decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence on prospective properties, including coordinating property inspections, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting the strengths and risks of each potential investment.
- Assist in negotiating purchase agreements and contribute to deal structuring discussions.
- Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and real estate market developments to provide insights that guide investment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of property data, financial analyses, and market research findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (post grad) in commercial real estate acquisitions or related roles. (investment sales, or general real estate investment experience is fine! Does not need to be acquisitions)
- Strong proficiency in Excel based financial modeling and analysis, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
