Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Land Surveyor for a role based in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule tasks for multiple projects
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Establish and lead project teams
- Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities
- Communicate effectively and build client relationships
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- New York license required; New Jersey license preferred
- Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings
- Skilled in examining boundary evidence and survey resolutions
- Competent in construction layout computations and calculations
