An electric utility client is looking for a SAP Program Analyst who will perform work order data analysis and update databases.
Location: Pomona, CA 91770 (HYBRID)
Position: SAP Program Analyst
Pay Rate: $35.40/hr. on W2
Duration: 17 months or longer
Schedule: 7 am – 3:30 pm Pacific Time (open to flexing ± 1hr)
***Hybrid, Wednesdays and Thursdays are In-Office days***
SCOPE OF PROJECT:
Gather work order documentation from SAP and other internal applications, and analyze and update databases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Email Inboxes.
- Update and Track recurring tasks.
- Perform work order data analysis and update databases.
- Generate reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- SAP Knowledge.
- Typing Speed 45 WPM
- Review, validate, and enter data
- Manipulate documents between applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions.
Industry experience: Utility/ Energy, Computer Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, Quality
- Soft skills: Time Management: effectively prioritizes tasks to ensure on-time completion; organization keeps track of work multiple tasks and creates a system that supports time management.
- Ability to communicate effectively: conveys findings clearly and communicates information accurately and timely.;
- Attention to detail: can identify errors and gaps in data.
- Collaborative: ability to build relationships with team
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI.
