Requirements of the Senior HR Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Should have supervisory experience.
- Experience in Financial Services, Technology, FinTec, Payments processing, or IT support is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills.
- Collaborator who can work well with other functional groups
- Prior experience with HRIS and or talent management systems
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- Administer compensation and benefit programs and maintain the appropriate employee records including management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support filling staff vacancies and based on metrics regarding departmental needs recruits, interviews and assists managers in selecting applicants.
- Provide employees with information about company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Assist managers with employee disciplinary actions and/or conflicts.
- Advise managers on policy and legal matters pertaining to areas such as equal opportunity and sexual harassment and make recommendations as necessary.
- Provide training for management regarding all aspects of Human Resources and employee management.
- Plan and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding in addition to managing the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as a link between management and employees and provides guidance to resolve employee work related issues.
- Maintain employee files for completion and compliance.
- Analyze and make recommendations to the Executive Management regarding policy changes.
- Develop and provide a process and system for performance reviews that includes emphasis on people development, leadership skills, and display of the company’s Core Values.
- Remain current on all legal and compliance issues including local, state and federal laws and guidelines.
- Develops organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues, sharing the analysis, and making recommendations to Executive Leadership and Administration.
- Stays current with job knowledge and HR trends by participating in conferences, trainings and utilizing professional publications, memberships, and forums.
