As the new Purchasing Manager, you'll:
• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives that drive competitive advantage and value creation
• Lead a talented team of procurement professionals, fostering innovation and operational excellence
• Collaborate with artisans and designers to source the finest materials for their handcrafted products
• Build and nurture relationships with global suppliers in the luxury goods sector

The Ideal Candidate:
• 7+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in textiles or leather goods
• 4+ years of leadership experience in procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing advantageous contracts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly valued
