Position Overview: Synechron seeking an innovative and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React and foundational knowledge of General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Prompt Engineering. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of cutting-edge, scalable, and high-performance banking software applications. This role involves active engagement in the incorporation of AI-driven technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Work in tandem with cross-disciplinary teams to assimilate project requirements and convert them into actionable technical architecture and code.
- Advance the integration of AI-driven components, utilizing expertise in Gen AI & Prompt Engineering to foster innovative solutions.
- Engage in rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, and meticulous debugging to ensure the delivery of dependable and performant software solutions.
- Proactively keep abreast of new technologies, methodologies, and industry movements to fuel innovation and the evolution of best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a field relevant to the role.
- Demonstrable experience in Java Full Stack Development with a strong command of React and its core principles.
- Knowledgeable in Gen AI & Prompt Engineering and their practical application within the realm of software development.
- A solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with microservices architecture, and familiar with cloud service platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in the synergy of AI technologies and software development processes.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to evolving project scopes and timelines.
