Hays Commercial Real Estate have partnered with a successful New Jersey based owner and developer, who are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support internal marketing, administration, and HR functions across the groups portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to support branding initiatives and internal decision making within the Tri-State Development and Real Estate space.
Your new role
As the Operations Coordinator you will work closely with the internal property, asset management, and construction teams, as well as senior leadership, to develop branding and corporate identity initiatives. Duties will include developing and implementing marketing plans for new and existing assets, managing marketing budgets, developing content to enhance company’s online presence, as well as assessing communication procedures to enhance relationships with external partners. Supporting the groups administration functions, you will be responsible for reviewing and proposing improvements to the groups HR policies/procedures, leading onboarding and orientation for all new hires, coordinating company events, and supporting continued education initiatives for all staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
- In depth knowledge of the real estate market, and up to date on trends.
- Experience collaborating across internal departments, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your schedule in order to meet deadlines.
