Our client, a leading and reputable financial services firm, is looking for a talented Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join their team temporarily through November 2024!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sending out assessments to candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating candidate interactions, scheduling interviews and phone screens, reviewing candidate assessments, and prioritizing the overall candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our recruitment systems.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
- Compile and analyze recruitment data, generating reports as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, human resources, or related field.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening.
Schedule: Onsite in downtown office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Pay Range: $30-$35/hour based on experience
