• Deploy and manage Mac devices using tools like Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with creating tasks, Actions , Fixlets and baselines.
• Knowledge of Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and Group Policy Objects.
• Experience with upgrading Bigfix architecture and mac OS upgrades.
• Experience with migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Bigfix.
• Integrating applications in Bigfix and JAMF
• Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy using BigFix and JAMF, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Creating images for laptops / desktops.
• Deep expertise in IBM BigFix and JAMF, including advanced installation, configuration, and management techniques.
• Deploy and manage Mac devices using tools like Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with applying and updating SSL certificates.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, firewalls, proxies, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages relevance, Powershell, Apple script, Bash for automation and customization.
• Solid foundation in networking principles and troubleshooting of network-based performance issues.
• Experience with integrating BigFix with other enterprise systems (e.g., SIEM, ITSM, CMDB).
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and their management using BigFix and JAMF
• Working on ITSM ticketing tools and creating change requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and guiding technical teams and stakeholders.

• Certification in Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) is preferred.
IBM Certified Deployment Professional certification is a must
• Enterprise Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the BigFix and JAMF deployment across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategy and goals.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead providing guidance and direction to IT teams and stakeholders.
• Architectural Roadmaps: Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps, ensuring the infrastructure can adapt to future needs and technologies.
• Licensing: Manage licenses and ensure compliance with software agreements.
• Imaging: Creating images for laptops / desktops.
• Backup and restore: Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures for servers.
• Documentation and Standards: Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation and standards for BigFix architecture, configurations, and processes, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Complex Deployments: Design and implement complex Windows and mac environments, including multi-tier architectures and geographically dispersed deployments.
• Automation and Orchestration: Develop advanced automation scripts and orchestration workflows using BigFix and JAMF and scripting languages (Relevance, Apple script, PowerShell).
• Integration with Enterprise Systems: Seamlessly integrate BigFix with other enterprise systems such as SIEM, ITSM, and CMDB, enhancing overall IT service management.
• Customization and Optimization: Customize BigFix and JAMF configurations to optimize performance, including tuning server settings, optimizing relay deployment, and managing large-scale endpoint populations.

• Compliance Frameworks: Ensure BigFix infrastructure complies with various regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR), conducting regular audits and assessments.
• Vulnerability Management: Leverage tools to conduct advanced vulnerability assessments, identifying and remediating security gaps in a proactive manner.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Develop advanced reporting and dashboards to provide real-time insights into patch compliance, system health, and security posture.
• Best Practices: Implement and enforce security best practices within the BigFix and Mac environment, including encryption, secure communication, and access controls.
• Incident Response: Act as a key player in the incident response team, to rapidly identify, isolate, and remediate security incidents.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with BigFix and JAMF deployments, including conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex BigFix-related issues, leveraging deep technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence and improve system stability.
• Technical Mentoring: Mentor and train junior IT staff and BigFix administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Proactive Monitoring: Implement advanced monitoring and alerting solutions for the infrastructure, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues.
