On behalf of our client, a midsized firm in California, JCW is seeking an employment litigation associate with 4-7 years of experience doing employment defense. The firm is looking to rapidly grow its L&E practice group, so this is an exciting time to join and help build the practice from the ground up.
This is a remote position, but you must be based in California.
Duties include: Performing legal research, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, etc.
Required qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in CA.
- 4-7+ YOE in employment defense litigation.
