Optomi, in partnership with a respected leader in the entertainment market , is seeking a Product Owner (CRM/Salesforce) to work hybrid in Anaheim, California!

Experience of the right candidate:
- Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce platform modules, especially Service Cloud.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding both technical and business discussions.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools for task prioritization.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Managing vendor platform interactions.
- Oversight of offshore team activities including issue resolution, implementing new workflows, configurations, etc.
- Working in 2-3 week sprints using Agile methodologies.
- Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the offshore team and Product Owner.
- Managing the demand backlog and contributing to product management activities.
- Proficiency in creating reports using Wizard reports.
- Facilitating discussions with offshore development teams.
- Leading end-of-sprint demos and engaging with business units.
- Collaborating with various teams for internal system integrations (ex: payment platforms, Incognito)
- Solution design involvement with a focus on the overall development strategy.
- Salesforce Lightning administration rights for the application.
