Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a lead superintendent
- 3+ years tenure at previous employers is preferred
- Large healthcare and complex project experience is required ($30M and higher in valuation)
- Effective communicator between all involved parties of the project
Compensation
- $120k-$150k base pay plus bonus program
- Company truck and gas card
