Position Overview:
We are looking for an eCommerce System Analyst to support our global eCommerce expansion strategy. The role involves supporting everyday online store functions as well as spearheading a range of digital commerce initiatives. We are on the lookout for someone who excels in communication and possesses robust expertise in e-commerce operations. This individual will work closely with various departments ensuring seamless support that aligns with our commitment to delivering a top-tier and autonomous shopping experience for our clients. The position will be part of strategizing and implementing diverse transformative endeavors. An ideal candidate will be remarkably independent and diligent, taking initiative in e-commerce project exploration, driving sales, and providing operational support.
How you will make an impact:
Store Operations:
- Provide a level 2 support for store issues, ensuring that there is timely engagement and responses within SLA targets.
- Work closely with the order management team to understand customer pain points and translate them into continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on approach to troubleshoot issues, document findings, propose resolutions and communicate with stakeholders
- Responsible for understanding business requirements and creating documentation as needed; i.e. Business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, business cases, gap analysis (as is vs. to be), functional design documents etc.
- Analyze and develop concepts that address website usability and best practices
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance and maintain order fulfillment /Account health
- Standardize store procedures for configuring and managing customers, products, promotions and prices
- Create and maintain test cases for validating store functionalities
- Support monthly store release cycle with planning, testing, UAT and deployment
- Troubleshoot all related e-commerce issues to identify their root causes and provide recommendations
- Evaluate how processes/systems changes will impact customers, end users and the overall business
- Prepare training documents, conduct training sessions and provide continuing support
- Design, document, and complete test cases prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify website issues/incidents, features, functions and make recommendations
- Lead onboarding of products and assist with product attributes to ensure a successful configuration
Store Program Management:
- Lead store initiatives with the objective to improve customer experience and increase revenue
- Lead systems integration initiatives with external applications and parties.
- Work closely with sales to discover opportunities to drive up eCommerce sales and customer adoption.
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams spread across regions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related degree
- 2+ years in B2C and/or B2B e-commerce experience
- 4+ years of project management
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, web analytics tools, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-store, multi-lingual, and multi-currency e-commerce implementations
- Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) certifications is a plus: System Administrator or Business Architect or Business Practitioner
