Experience Required: 8 – 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.)
- Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams ,Polycom, SBC )
- Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.)
- Flexible to work during weekends/ off business hours. Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support
