HTI is recruiting for an experienced Industrial Engineer with a growing 3PL company in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite position. The salary range starting at $120,000 (can go up DOE)+ 10% bonus potential. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Engineering role
- 3PL experience needed
- Lean six sigma cert is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Industrial Engineer will be analyzing workflows within and across all branches to improve efficiency. This role requires applying statistical analysis, designing efficient systems, and utilizing problem-solving skills to implement cost effective solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement systems and process to streamline operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout, and implement changes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Develop, performance metrics and measurement systems to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, transportation, and supply chain management to integrate logistics with company processes.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Conduct capacity planning and provide solutions for production optimization.
- Prepare process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Implement cost reduction measures in various aspects of logistics processes and operations.
- Oversee the installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Assess the effectiveness of changes and refine systems based on feedback analysis.
