Job Description: Project Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Change Management and ITIL to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, implementing ITIL best practices, and driving organizational change initiatives that align with strategic business goals. This role requires a strong background in Oracle EBS, as well as expertise in managing change within complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects within the Oracle EBS ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Implement ITIL frameworks to improve service management processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the stability of Oracle EBS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, change initiatives, and system upgrades.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on change management and ITIL practices.
- Proven experience managing projects within Oracle EBS environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and their application in IT service management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP or ITIL certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in driving change in a large, complex organization.
