We have partnered with a large privately owned insurance broker and are looking to add a senior technical support specialist to their team.
Job Description:
12–18-month contract with the potential to convert.
- hybrid 2 days onsite opportunity someone local to the Irvine or Laguna Area, that could get onsite if emergencies arise in Los Angeles.
- Providing support to their local end users as well as their nationwide help desk for internal support
- Ability to receive and complete tickets potentially with ServiceNow.
- Mobile device management and support of multifactor authentication issues.
- Confident supporting a Windows environment (windows 11)
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite
- VPN experience (enterprise level)
- Active Directory/Azure management
- Responds well to unexpected events and can pivot to different issues as needed.
Salary up to 65k upon conversion!
