Location: Hybrid to Allentown, PA with around 40% national travel (looking for someone within 1 hour of Allentown)

- This is a combination of Level II user support and site set up.
- Experience with A/V gear would be a plus.
- Primary skillset needed is Microsoft and iOS support (nice to haves would be android, linux, vmware, etc)
IT Facilities Core Support Concierge

Summary:
The Facilities Concierge Support Specialist role is to be the point of contact for end-users in different offices across the United States for emerging issues. This includes actively assisting end-users with issues both technical and non-technical. An IT Facilities Core Support Concierge is skilled in resolving issues in a timely manner, while educating the end user on the path to resolution.
Key Qualifications:
• Demonstrated proficiency in technology, and the ability to quickly learn about new products.
• Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with end-users.
• Ability to educate end-users one-to-one or in a group setting.
• Ability to travel to multiple client locations around the United States for client support and new facilities setup.

As a Facilities Concierge Support Specialist, you provide insightful advice and friendly, technical and non-technical support to end users. You quickly identify issues or create service requests, while explaining situations with patience and compassion. You fulfill our service commitment with style, speed, and skill. And you earn the trust of end users and coworkers alike as you offer mentorship, knowledge, and even tips and training.
Additional Requirements:
• Flexible with your schedule and be able to work at a remote location for up to a week at a time.
• Provide regular oversite for external vendors to conduct work required to outfit office locations with technology prerequisites.
• When not engaged with remote facilities-centric work, IT Facilities CSC will support the Service Desk Concierge team with initiatives that include M&A Integration, ticket maintenance and Service Desk priorities.
• In addition to travel and oversite, IT Facilities CSC will regularly conduct audits of SOP and create/maintain documentation required for workstream.
• Liaise with Contracted IT Vendors (i.e., IT Facilities, EUC Site Leads, Deskside Deployment, etc.) as well as the Client’s Facilities Team and Business Users for facilities-centric planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel with short notice.
