The Project manager will be responsible for field management related to the Remedial Construction Service Area. This position reports directly to the Service Area Manager.
REMEDIAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
- to travel (up to 100% & Company truck included)
- outside in all types of weather.
- 8+ hours per day up to 6 days a week.
- in project kick off meetings.
- to all corporate, office, and administrative guidelines and policies.
- an acceptable driving record and follow established vehicle use practices.
- work in accordance with established health and safety policies to include site specific requirements.

ESSENTIAL FIELD MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:

- in selecting and procuring vendors, equipment, and subcontractors for upcoming projects.

- public and private utility locates have been completed and are appropriately marked before performing work.
- execution of project objectives as defined by the scope of work, specifications and health and safety plan.
- communicate current project status and upcoming project needs to Project Manager or Service Area Manager.

- projects within schedule and budget restraints as defined by Project Manager or Service Area Manager.

ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- years construction experience
- years supervisory/management experience
- years environmental remediation experience
- combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
- knowledge of remedial construction techniques to include but not limited to UST closure projects, dig & haul projects, treatment system installations, soil mixing, plant decommissioning and demolition.
- ranging knowledge of OSHA construction standards and able to interpret regulations and guidance.
